Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with our product when you receive it we we will happily replace it once you have returned the original item to us. If it was a ring and the size was not correct we will provide an identical ring of a different size (except for Clearance Goods for which there maybe limited sizes available.)
If there is no alternative we offer offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
Our shop operates in USD US Dollars - Refunds are carried out via Paypay and are made in USD.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment account again.
Then contact your payment company, because it may take some time before they post your refund after it has been received.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
