Shipping policy

We ship via Express Mail Service using the Thai Post Office or a 3rd party shipping company for faster deliveries. A tracking reference number is provided by the post office which can be used to track your delivery. 

For any customers whom want proof of shipments we can scan the receipt provided from the post office. This will show Name of recipient and Country of Destination.

Standard shipping normally take up to 10 working days, but for those customers who want or need a faster delivery we also offer a Premium shipping service (the company used will depend on the destination) which requires an additional fee. This service can be selected at checkout time. Premium delivery is normally 3-5 working days delivery.
